Fabrications Capabilities

Volta Belting offers the most advanced technological tooling to make all of our flat belts endless easily in a minimal time frame. Endless joining and fabrications of cleats can also be done on site, without any need for cooling water or air pressure, using Volta state of the art welding tools.

Our fabrication centers are able to produce fabrications with various cleat welding techniques to suit your specific requirements: welded with electrodes, butt welded or HF welded.

Volta belting can be supplied to your exact specifications or in open ended rolls for your convenience when multiple length belts of the same specifications are being utilized.

Your orders for special fabricated belts will be supplied directly to you from your nearest fabrication center.

Your Volta fabricated belt is guaranteed to be virtually unbreakable and provide a long service life. A wide variety of different fabrications are available to suit your specific application:

• T-Cleats and Fabricated Cleats (scoop, straight, beefy, gusset)
• Sidewalls (heights ranging from 1.25"/20cm to 4"/100cm)
• Perforated Belts
• Pacelines (vertical or horizontal)
• V-guides (6mm to 22mm)
• Hinge lace
• Coatings

Other custom fabrications offered are funnels, scrapers, hammocks, etc.

FBW Welding Kit – to butt weld Volta flat belts

FT Welding Kit – to weld Volta flat belts with electrode

Easy Overlap Kit – to overlap weld V and Round reinforced profiles

VaR Tool Kit – to butt weld V and Round reinforced and non-reinforced profiles

Additional tools and accessories that will make welding an effortless and professional experience are also available.
